BearMC services

These terms cover the BearMC website, store and Minecraft server. Our store is available at https://store.bearmc.pro and the game server at mc.BearMC.pro. Questions about these terms or a purchase can be sent to [email protected].

By placing an order, you accept these terms, our Refund Policy and the server rules. If you are not legally able to make the purchase yourself, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorise it. Use only a payment method you are authorised to use.

Digital products and payments

The store sells virtual ranks and in-game privileges for the server and mode shown in the product description. Purchases are payments for digital benefits, not charitable donations. They do not give ownership of BearMC, Minecraft or server assets, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Check the product, Minecraft username, server, duration and final price before paying. Prices are displayed in USD. Stripe processes the payment; your bank may apply its own currency conversion or charges. Where an upgrade is available, the store checks your current rank and calculates the price difference before checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic after successful payment confirmation. A pending or failed payment does not grant a product. Benefits are assigned to the Minecraft account and server specified in the order. A player may need to reconnect for a change to appear.

Maintenance or a delivery error may delay fulfilment. If a paid product is missing, contact [email protected] with the order reference and Minecraft username. Keep your purchase reference private. Transfers to a different account or server are not included in a purchase.

Server rules and availability

Buying a rank does not exempt a player from the server rules. Cheating, exploitation, payment fraud and other rule violations may lead to restrictions or a ban. A ban does not create an automatic entitlement to a voluntary refund; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

We may maintain the server, fix faults and adjust gameplay for security or balance. A permanent rank has no scheduled expiry while the relevant service operates; it is not a promise that a server will operate forever. Mandatory remedies for a product that is not supplied or does not match the contract remain available.

Intellectual property and other websites

BearMC is an independent community and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners. External services, including Stripe, have their own terms and privacy notices.

Refunds, changes and contact

Purchases are final and voluntary refunds after delivery are not offered, as explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Future price or policy changes do not retroactively change the price of an already accepted order.
