This notice explains how BearMC uses information when you visit our website, buy a digital product or contact support. For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected].

Information used by the service

•Website requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. Our hosting and security providers process connection information to deliver and protect the site.

•A purchase records the Minecraft username, the associated player identifier where needed for delivery, the product, server, amount, currency, order reference, payment status and delivery result.

•We check the player's existing rank to calculate an upgrade and deliver the correct benefit. These checks use the Minecraft server's permissions records.

•If you contact support, we receive the contact details, order information and messages you choose to send.

Providing a correct Minecraft username and the information needed for payment is necessary to complete a purchase. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or card security codes to support.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use order and player information to calculate prices, process purchases, deliver products and answer related requests. This supports our contract with you. Security, fraud prevention and fault investigation serve our legitimate interests in running a reliable service. Records may also be needed to meet legal obligations. Optional processing that requires consent will be explained separately; using the site is not blanket consent to advertising.

Payments and service providers

Stripe hosts the payment page and handles payment details. BearMC does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Payment notifications may contain payment references, status, refund or dispute details and contact or billing information supplied during checkout.

Information needed for payments, hosting, security and customer support may be processed by the relevant service providers and authorised personnel. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to handle a legal claim. We do not sell personal data or use purchase information for third-party advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses the country associated with your connection to choose an initial language. It does not ask for precise device location. Choosing a language manually saves the bearmc_lang cookie for up to one year.

Your browser can store an order reference and a private order-viewing token so you can return to your purchase status. It remains until replaced or removed from your browser. Keep it private. Clearing browser data can remove language preferences and access to the saved order view. Security or payment providers may use their own necessary cookies or storage when their services are used. BearMC does not currently run advertising trackers or optional audience analytics on this store.

Retention and protection

We keep information while needed for delivery, support, account security, payment disputes, legal recordkeeping and claims. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligation; contact support for information about a particular record. Records are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed, subject to required retention and backup handling. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers; no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent and complain to your competent data-protection authority. Send requests to [email protected]. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing order data. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. Where applicable, we respond within one month, with extensions only as permitted by law.
