Final purchases

BearMC sells digital ranks and virtual in-game benefits delivered to the Minecraft username and server specified in the order. No physical goods are shipped.

No refunds after delivery

All purchases are final. Once a purchased rank or benefit has been delivered and activated, BearMC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or transfers. Processing and delivery have already taken place, and choosing not to use the benefit does not reverse that work or the server resources already used.

Changing your mind, leaving the server, entering the wrong username or server, dissatisfaction with gameplay, or being banned for breaking the rules does not qualify for a refund under this policy. Check your order details before paying. This policy is subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Acceptance

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service and the server rules.

Payment or delivery problems

If a paid product has not arrived, a payment appears duplicated or you believe a transaction was unauthorised, contact [email protected]. Include the order reference, Minecraft username, payment date and a description of the problem. We will investigate the payment and delivery records. Do not send passwords or full card details.
